MaxPass question

My son will be visiting DLR with this school. The tickets are being purchased through a travel/tour agency. Is there a way to add MaxPass to a ticket purchased this way?

As long as you have your ticket with the barcode, you can buy maxpass.

Prior to the trip, he can install the Disneyland app on his smartphone, and create and sign in to it with a Disney userid+pw. Then once he has a ticket in hand and has entered the park, he can open the app, scan the ticket, and then purchase maxpass with a credit card.

Make sure he knows the CVV code on the back of the credit card. He’ll need that to purchase MP.

One thing to consider... if everyone in his group doesn't have MP and he wants to stay with them for rides, it won't do much good to have MP for the FP benefits. He may just want it for the pictures though.

I was just about to mention this. If other people from his school don't have MP, it may throw off him riding rides with friends. However like az4boys mentioned, he could use it for photos for memories

I'm not sure how old your son is (or how responsible he is with cards), maybe have him bring the card to the park, and if other friends are getting MP, he can get it too!And if they don't he just won't use the card?
