Maxpass clarification

On the latest dis podcast I heard them praise Maxpass but indicate you couldn't book again on the same ride. It was unclear to me if that meant you couldn't book the same ride back to back, twice at the same time, or twice in one day? I believe with the old system you could pull a FP in the morning and afternoon for the same ride.

I've done some slight google searching, but have failed to find the answer so I'm hoping for clarification here.

You just can't book the same ride while you are still holding an unused FP for that ride. Once you redeem it, you can book it again.

You can book a second FP for the same ride, but not while you're holding a FP for it the first time. I'm not sure if it opens up when the window opens, or only after you've used the first FP...someone can probably clarify that.

It just means that you can't hold 2 fastpasses for the same ride. If you want to book the same ride twice you have to use the FP for the same ride first. However, you can still book for another ride.

I have a Max Pass question as well. Is it $10 a day per person or is it $10 a day per Max Pass including everyone in your registered party?

I'm pretty sure you have to buy it for the length of your ticket as well - we got 3 day park hoppers and therefore had to pay $30 per person to add maxpass. We'll see if it's worth it!

This is only true if you buy it at the same time as your ticket I thought.

If you buy it through the app each day you can opt to purchase some days and not others. Or, buy only one just for the photopass.

Yup, if you buy through the app you can choose daily to buy it or not. It is not linked to the length of your ticket.
