MaxPass and PhotoPass

When we were there last week we fell in LOVE with MaxPass!!
For park warriors with teen age boys it was absolutely fantastic to maximize our rides and get onto all the e-ticket rides multiple times. I remember one trip years ago when a 45 minute wait at TSMM (before it was FP) was almost a family breaking point!! This time we had our 13 yo booking FP after FP and we rode absolutely everything we wanted to. Including using the app to book Splash when it finally came up for a window of opportunity. It really does revolutionize your park experience.

BUT!! It wasn’t until afterwards that I realized what a huge bonus the photopass addition is!!
We took advantage of any photopass photographer that had no line up and got some great family keepsake photos that there is no way we would have been able to get without it. It was so easy just having them scan the QR code and they showed up in my phone within minutes! I am truly delighted to have these photo memories.

We loved it too - even though it was $40 a day, it really made our trip - we were able to ride all the rides we love several times per day and we also took full advantage of all the photo pass photographers - and we found them to really engage and we got some fantastic pictures. It was awesome!! Even if it grows in price we will definitely be buying it our next trip

I was definitely interested in the PhotoPass option as I usually don't bother getting photos with characters. There was no line for Darth Vader though, so I did it, but there was no PhotoPass photographer. In fact I saw very few of them out and about. I do appreciate all of the ride photos I was able to get though.

Another bonus was getting the Minnie & Friends character breakfast photo package automatically uploaded to our app. When they came around to sell the photo package they just added the code to my phone and we got it!
