maxine is my coordinator

I feel like I have heard about her before, but I don't remember whether it was good or bad. Anyone have any comments. I just got my letter and contacted Jack Day to see if he is available to be the officiant. I am crossing my fingers!!

I have Maxine and she has been very pleasant and helpful so far. I feel so bad, sometimes I send her emails overwhelming her with questions, but she always responds promptly, either with a phone call or email. She is very nice and is full of great ideas.
From what I have been told on these boards, Maxine's first reaction to some things is "no" but to stay on her. I had asked her originally if we could have small hor d'oeurves at our intimate and she said "no," but after asking again and telling her we will transport the cake to CG for dinner and we would like something at the champagne reception, she's checking into it.

I too have Maxine and think she is wonderful! Like Angey, I too feel as if I am always overwelming Maxine with questions and ideas. We e-mail on a regular basis, and she has even called me several times to go over the e-mails with me and answer my questions. She has always been prompt in answering my questions, but be patient as there are several days of the week that she is not in her office and you will get an out of office reply. Maxine use to be in charge of custom weddings, but now she is the manager of intimates! I think you will be pleased with her! Congrats on getting all your plans in order. things are really coming together for you!

I also have Maxine, and was getting a little frustrated in the beginning b/c she is hard to get ahold of via telephone. Email is much better. She responds promptly. She was a great help to me and is always very friendly. I'll be meeting her next week...wedding time!
