I'm glad that the luggage will work out for Kaleb's trip! Big empty boxes and children = lots of fun!

I think the only thing with boxes is that they all want to be in them at once... and they don't fit! I'm not a sponge bob fan but I was tempted to tell them to color it yellow!

Great looking luggage! my favorite color too!!! will make it easy to see on the baggage claim!

Yes red is a great way to notice it. My DH grew up as a mission kid in Brazil and they had unique ways of tying them up to make them stand out...and to prevent others from looking at them a little too close!

Well Lisa already helped it along! I'm a stingy packer...but I know my kids will want to take too much...I've always tried to keep it within a range that I can carry without help! But the wheels will come in handy!

Actually is was more loud than quiet, but glad to have them occupied... winter can get sooo long and any moment they are occupied without a tv, etc is great! They are pretty good at finding things to do...

Just got an email from our wish granters and we will be having a go away party for Kaleb on April 9th at his fave restaurant in town....!

Well last night Kaleb had a bad night with the cold he has, so I decided to keep him home to try to rest and recoup...it takes so long for him to get over anything.
So after the Big Gives on Tues and Wed, I did not expect another one today. Now p00h4me had hinted at another gift to come, but I thought it would be a while before it came...so as usual, I went out to the mailbox, which is a bit of a walk , and a great way to get a little quiet time, and opened the mailbox to find a white envelope there amidst the newspaper (we get ours by mail) and magazines..... it had Disney on it! and the Big Give had come again! and so I had Kaleb (since he was home....) open it! A lo and behold there was the other gift from p00h4me! So what could it be?

I was astounded at this gift.... I asked Kaleb would he like to eat with Pooh? Sure he would! thank you Gail for making our dinner at Crystal Palace a reality! Your generosity is a blessing...THANK YOU!
Now I had him open this without Nathan here, but I think Nathan will be ecstatic... hopefully this time it will be smiles instead of tears!

Brooke, you know you had to keep that reservation at Crystal Palace because that's where my favorite character is at!

Where and when was your DH in Brazil? My step father was a missionary over there in the 70's. He now is a missionary to the missionaries through Bible Centered Ministeries International(BCM) and travels world wide. But, he and my mom have gone to Brazil several times in the past few years!!!

I will have to email them... but I wonder if the Evans knew the Swartzenrubers (spelling incorrect)? My DH said they worked with Bible distribution down there...

Brooke..I totally agree. I was a little sad when I had to cancel(this was before Big Give), but what we got...Wow!! We may still be able too..It depends on our expence check. We added up about what it'll cost just to eat(including snacks and drinks) and it's about $1500. This is at about $25 a day..per person(we want to add higher than lower). Some days may be less and some more. More..when we stay our extra days. We did get some very generous gift cards, but like to keep that for souvenirs for the kids.
I just wish we can give each and everyone a great big hug for all they did for us.
Enjoy your time when getting the Big Gives. It's such a wonderful time.
