I go to WDW several times each year and have stayed at all four levels of resorts. Each person is different. Personally I can't stand a hard bed. To me the most comfortable mattresses have been at CSR. I've stayed at both CSR and POFQ since their refurbs. I assumed that when they put the queen beds in POFQ that they'd be the same as the ones they put in CSR. They are not. CSR's are much more comfortable. We were at POFQ last May and both my husband (who can usually sleep on a bed of nails

) and I thought the beds were horrible. However, I posted about them on the POFQ thread here on the DIS when I got back and found some people agreed with me, while others thought they were fine.
May 2010 I was down there with a friend and we did a split stay at AKL and CSR and agreed the beds at CSR were much more comfortable than the ones at AKL. Last Dec I did another split stay at CSR and YC and again felt the beds at CSR were alot more comfortable. The beds at YC had very loud, scratchy sheets.

Wow, it sounds like I'm picky, but I'm really not.

Beds at PORS and CBR have always been comfortable (not as comfortable as the ones at CSR, but still comfortable and better than the ones at POFQ). I'm giving POFQ another try in early Feb. The room we stayed in was just rehabbed a few weeks before we used it, so I'm hoping maybe the mattresses will be more broke in. We've also had comfortable beds at WL, BW, AS Music, AS Sports, and Pop. In fact, the only places we've ever had uncomfortable beds was at AKL (old and really needed to be replaced), YC, and POFQ. I haven't slept on one, but have heard the beds in the Pirate section of CBR are also uncomfortable.
