Today at Disneyland the conductor of the train announced that the Matterhorn will be reopening on November 16th. Unfortunately I will be at work.

I’m from Chicago myself, originally. I used to come out once a year just for DL. Now I go nearly every Sunday ;-). I hope you have a great time while you’re at the park! For an out-of-town visitor, I think Disneyland has even more magic.

We’ll just miss it...our kids will be disappointed, but I’m relieved! I have tried and tried to like this ride, but I just don’t. It’s so rough on my back! It’s been renovated in the past, not sure what’s happening to it now, but the last refurbishment didn’t make it any smoother .

Its all work on the outside. I think they are removing trees and other stuff on the walk way . Sadly, nothing to make the ride smoother.
