Mattel Disney Classics Mary Poppins Doll from 1993

I found in my old Disney dolls a Mary Poppins doll that was made by Mattel in 1993 and I would like to know if she is a rare doll of the Mattel Disney Classics line? This Mary Poppins doll appears to have been a Disney Parks and Disney Store exclusive and she looks so cool but the face mold is not Julie Andrews's likeness but is the 1991 Sleeping Beauty doll face mold. Did Mattel not make very many of these dolls and was this Mary Poppins doll sought after when she first came out in 1993?
