I couldn't resist the cute matching outfits they had at the disney store so we will be wearing them to dinner. Does this sound too corny? Will we be the only ones or do others do this also? :confused3

Hey, it's your vacation. Do whatever makes you happy! :)

Your right! I'm sure we won't be the only ones in matching Mickey clothes - that's why they sell them!

I'm sure you'll see some people in matching outfits. If you want to do it, go ahead!

We saw several people in matching outfits during our June trip. One of the most popular was the Mickey Hawaiian shirts from the Polynesian.

Have fun! :goodvibes

We did it for the Luau. The pictures turned out really cute (it's my signature)!

I think you will look wonderful! Just make sure tht someone takes your family picture. My Son IL has ordered several shirts to match his DD, he ordered for the boys section, and I ordered dresses for my DGD and I, ( I doubt I will wear it to Disney because it is stretchy, and I cannot understand why there is stretchy stuff in an XL dress :confused3) Anyway have a great time!

We all have matching lime green Mickey shirts also. Gotta support the DIS!

As long as you don't have a 15 year old girl with you, you should be fine!

I threatened mine with matching shirts for this vacation and from her reaction, you would think I suggested we wear coconut bras and miniskirts!

LOL, I think its a cute idea! If your family is like mine tho you will have a riot on your hands! Do you have small children and a hubby willing to do whatever you want? If so go for it! lol Good luck and let us know what you decide!

I would totally go for it!! And definitely have someone take your pic!! And, post it here when you get back!!

I have suprised my mother with several sets of matching t-shirts for our upcoming trip. She has questioned my sanity, but has also said, "It's your birthday trip so just tell me what you want me to wear." I think it looks great and makes for wonderful pictures. So join the crowd!

We are a family of 4 going with our friends who also have 4 in their family, so far we all have Incredibles T shirts, Orange disney T shirts from last year and the Turquoise T shirts from this year. The night of MNSSHP kids will be dressed up, adults will have on the American Mickey shirts :rotfl:

We are VERY corny and LOVE IT. Disney is one of the only places to get away with this, PLUS our kids are still young enough to think its cool. The hubby's are thrilled to have their clothes picked our for them :rotfl:

We wear some kind of matching shirts every year for a few days of the trip. Last year we wore our World Series Champ White Sox garb and took a great picture at Epcot. We also wore matching shirts to our Chef Mickey's dinner, so that picture came out really cute too. Of course, I have a very agreeable husband and two little ones who are happy to wear whatever I ask them to. I am sure this will change as they get older, but for now we enjoy matching! ;)

This year's trip we have the Disney Store Hawaiian shirts for our dinner at Ohana. Can't wait for that picture! We are also meeting my brother and his family for a few days and we all got Disney Logo shirts in a variety of colors, that should be fun!

I say go for it, have fun and be sure to get a picture!

My mom and I always have at least one day when we are dressed alike. And think of it this way ~ if someone in your party get seperated from the group and you are asked what they are wearing, you can point to the rest of the group and say, 'He/She is wearing this!' ;)

I have a couple matching things for my dds, but there is no way my DH would ever in a million years ever dress to match us. :goodvibes Not his thing. I'm actually still shocked I got him to pick out a Mickey shirt when the Disney store was having their clearances. He picked it out b/c he said Mickey looked evil or wicked or something like that. You'd have to see it. It was a black t-shirt with a silver Mickey face and says Superstar on the back. :confused3 Whatever floats his boat... I'm just glad he showed something close to enthusiasm finally! :cheer2:

Yes! It is completely corny! But with that said...if you are going to be corny, silly or goofy (no pun intended) this is the place to do it! That's part of the appeal. Embrace it!

I ordered us the Orange Logos t-shirts from Disneyshopping.com.
Wait until I give them to my inlaws--BIL-25,SIL-25, MIL-54,FIL-55 and tell them that they have to wear them to match us!!

Just have to decide which day is the best to wear them....the day we go to CRT and have the nice pictures taken?? :rotfl2:

So if you see a group of people in orange tees, it may be us!!

Go for it!

Yep... I'll admit it, I "jumped the shark" last year and bought my son a shirt and myself a skirt from disneyshopping.com. We got tons of compliments and so many people asked where I bought them. I know I'm a complete dork, but I don't care!!!

With 3 sons (20, 17 and 10) plus a 6'4' bald, firefighter of a DH I don't have a PRAYER!!! They all look at me like I'm INSANE!!! Then again, I wouldn't be caught DEAD in anything that THEY choose to wear!!!! :rotfl: Now, if I had a girl...... :cloud9: MATCHING PRINCESS GOWNS!!!!! princess: princess:

Go ahead!! My family wears matching Disney clothes each day of our trip - and our trips are 8 or 9 days long. The pictures always look great!!
