MasterCard FOTL?

I read in another forum that you have front of the line for even having their (Universal Studios) Master Card. This is news to me. Can anyone confirm or dispute this?

If you go to the following website it tells you more about the card:

Take advantage of cardmember-only special offers and access to Front of the Line Passes for Universal Parks & Resorts rides and attractions.

It says "access to Front of the Line Passes." To me, it doesn't sound like this is the same FOTL privilege you get when you stay at one of the Universal resorts.

The statement isn't at all clear. And if you poke around the site, you get into a hall of mirrors of pages within pages that leads you around in circles.

If just having the card gets you FOTL, that'd be great. But I have a suspicion you have to cash in "points" to get some sort of FOTL pass.

I've sent them an email asking for a clarification. I'll post the response here.

thanks kelley-i also read this on the other forum but really think its something to purchase with points(probably the same booklets you can buy at the park)i have the card but can't seem to access the rewards section-it just wont load on this old computer

Here's what Chase says:

"Please be aware that your Universal
Entertainment MasterCard from Chase will not provide you with
Front-of-the-Line benefits simply by presenting it at the attraction of
your choice within a Universal Studios theme park. However, there are
awards (redeemable with points earned on your card) currently offered
on our website at www.chaseuniversalrewards.com which contain the
front-of-the-line benefit: the VIP tours, Hollywood Deluxe Pass, and
the vacation packages featuring stays at either the Royal Pacific
Resort, the Hard Rock Hotel, or the Portofino Bay Hotel. We do not
offer the front-of-the-line benefit as an individual award option at
this time. "

Actually, the tags are Barry Hom's doing. I don't even know how to change them. And even if I did, I wouldn't for fear of offending Barry.
