I was considering a massage while we are enjoying our Disney/Universal vacation. Can anyone please recommend a place to get a great massage?

We are staying at Animal Kingdom, then Hard Rock at Universal and then off property for a week. So any where around the area that is recommended would be appreciated. :goodvibes

Also, any deals or discounts are a bonus too!:thumbsup2

All the spas do massage. I've had good experiences with the spas at Saratoga Springs and Grand Floridian.

The Swan and Dolphin also has a spa that takes Spafinder.com gift cards. My Costco has them at 20% off so you may be able to save a bit.

Not sure if any other disney spas accept the cards but the Spafinder website list them all.

I don't have a recommendation for a specific spa, as the only one we have used was at the Marriott World Center, and while a great massage, definitely not worth twice what we would pay at home ($200 for 90 minute deep tissue massage compared to $70 at home). I would recommend you start checking or sign up for the Orlando area or Kissimmee specials on Living Social and Groupon for massage deals. Now remember the therapists who offer these massage specials, usually have their schedule fill up rapidly, so if you buy one that way, best to try and get it scheduled in for when you are going to be there right away, while there are still schedule openings.

Thanks for your suggestions. :) I use Groupons and LS specials frequently and I have been looking at some on those site; however I am not sure of the locations that are offering the specials. If anyone has any recommendations or know of local places off property I would appreciate feedback. I am going to check to see who is offering specials now.

Travelzoo also had some on sale in the Orlando area but I don't remember where sorry.
