Mask and taking turning 2 toddler for birthday.

I want to preface I’m working with him to wear a mask but he’s not great at all and he is speech delayed so communicating is hard.
I want to take him for his birthday so he will be turning 2 on the very end of the trip. My issue is he is very very tall for his age. Will I have issues at the resort or Disney springs wirh him not wearing a mask at times? We most likely won’t be taking him to the park so it will mostly be the pool and Disney springs.

If he isn’t 2, then I would just say that. They usually ask you how old. When they do, say 23 mos b/c that is true.

If a child turns three during a trip, they are under three for the entire trip. QED. If the child turns two during the trip, they are under two for the entire trip.
