Mary Poppins Obsession!!

Hello-

I have a 4 year old daughter who is obsessed with Mary Poppins. (she made a very cute MP for Halloween!) I have made PS arrangements for 1900 Park Fare for breakfast, but now have heard that MP only shows up on Sundays???? Please tell me it isn't true!! Are there any other places in all of Walt Disney World that we can run into her?? This will be my 4th trip, but my daughters first. We cannot wait!!

you just might find her in the united kingdom at epcot/world showcase. she is at the storybook princess breakfast in norway and i have seen her at cindy's breakfast. hope this helps! good luck!

As you enter each park, ask a CM if Mary Poppins will be appearing that day and where. They can call on their radio to get you this information. We have done this a couple of times and it worked perfectly.

When we went two years ago we saw Mary Poppins in the UK but did not see her last year at all. Good Luck.

We ran into Mary Poppins and one of her penguin friends at MGM about a week and a half ago. They were in the character gathering near the big hat. Mary actually had to run back for some reason leaving the poor penguin all alone. I jumped at the chance to meet the penguin. I love penguins. So, just as I had finished having some time alone with the penguin, up walks Mary. My honey thinks Mary is a hottie. lol Anyway, we got a picture of us with all of us and moved along. Maggie

We saw MP at CRT -- she was wonderful! She was completely in character and was probably the best character there! She was not there when we were in December, but we saw her in May.

we saw MP a few weeks ago in one of the shops in the UK at epcot. there is a room at the back of this shop where MP and the pooh characters come out so you can have pictures taken. we asked one of the shopkeepers if she would be there soon(her bag and umbrella were there ) and sure enough she showed up a few minutes later

I LOVE Mary Poppins too! We ran into her last week at MGM, and I didn't mind waiting in a fairly long line to get my photo taken with her. She was precious! She even told my son and I 'Stand up straight. Don't slouch.' I have such a huge grin in the picture.

In November we visited with MP in Fantasyland in the MK. She was back near the Dumbo ride signing autographs and posing for pictures.

Not a recent sighting but just wanted to share my MP story. DS age 6 at the time was very fearful of "face characters", I think the conversation flusters him. Anyway, DD wanted to meet MP in Toon Town Hall, she was with Burt. They were awesome, she asked DD why DS was standing off to the side, DD said "he is scared of face characters", MP said "hmmm, maybe he just needs a spoon full of sugar" DH and I cracked up and Burt moved toward DS who backed into a corner. Burt was very sweet and kind to DS who finally shook Burt's hand. It was a neat interaction!
