Slept in a little this morning. Took the boat from CR to Ft. Wilderness for their breakfast buffet,
only 8.50 per person, What a deal, and it was pretty good to, except for their biscuits and gravy, but alot of restaurants have a hard time getting them right. It was a nice relaxing start to a beautiful day. Took the boat back to CR then the monorail to Epcot. Walked on Spaceship Earth, I always like to start Epcot with that ride. Went to the energy pavillion next, I really enjoy that show and ride, but it was down, never fear we would catch it later in the week. Headed over to test track, the line was 55 minutes to ride, we just walked right in on the single rider line, I don't know why more people don't do that, I guess it's a good thing they don't. We went through innoventions for awhile, we both enjoy all that hands on science, and computer stuff, toured the house of the future. Has PS for LeCellier, time to move back to WS for dinner, as everyone here says, the cheese soup is incredible, my DH had the beef barley soup, and that was very good also, but we both agreed our steaks at the Concourse steakhouse was better, but it was still a good meal. I didn't want to eat desert there because I wanted to get a beavertail from out front, but the owner was on break, they said he wouldn't be back for 30 minutes or so, so I decided to wait til later in the week to get one, since we planned on an entire day later in the week to eat around WS for the Food and Wine festival, more on that later. We caught the early parade of Tapestry of Dreams, its basically the same as Dreams, but with kids talking alot in the beginning of it, and the Sage is gone, but they still have the same music, I LOVE the music from this parade...I play the CD at home often. They had the statue lady out in front of the France pavilion, she was so believable as a statue, we watched her for awhile, it was very entertaining, then the rain started again as we were heading out, so we ducked into United Kingdom to try and stay dry, just as the band started to play there, they are Beatles impersonators and are very authentic. Went back to CR for the evening, just grabbed some snacks at Food and Fun center again. Made it to bed pretty early...MGM is tomorrow
