I am looking for a t-shirt I had seen at the Marvel store at Universal Orlando. I went to the Universal online store and they don't have any Avengers stuff, how is that possible? It was a Captain America with a weathered shield t-shirt. I knew I should have bought it there ugh!!! Where would I find the Marvel merchandise they have in the parks?

You can call guest services and they will arrange the purchase for you. At least they used to do that. Haven't heard of anyone trying recently.
