I just had a caribbean martini Sat night, (o.k. 4 of them) but who's counting:teeth: . Quite yummy. Here's the ingredients for anyone looking for a new drink.

malibu rum.
vanilla stoli vodka
mix with ice cubes and strain.
1 dash of pineapple juice.

I highly recommend this cocktail. Bottoms up!:drinking1

i had a chocolate martini the other night - yummy dessert!

Not sure what was in it but I'm guessing kalhua and rum. With a chocolate kiss instead of an olive.

I really like the mocha martinis at XandO....YUMMY:hyper:

caribbean martini's are delicious, although one is usually enough for me

I like a good, dry gin martini (shaken or stirred, doesn't matter much to me) with two olives. To get it as dry as I like, all you have to do is whisper Vermouth over the glass before serving.

Wathral, you're a man (?) after my own heart! I am a very traditional martini drinker. I use an ice crusher to crush 5-6 ice cubes and put them in a shaker. I add a bit of vermouth, coat the ice and dump out the liquid. I then add Bombay Sapphire gin and shake. I strain into a martini glass. I'll add either olives or onions and sometimes olive juice for a dirty martini.
