Marriott vs. Cypress Pointe GV vs. Vistana

I am considering staying at one of the following properties:

* Marriott Imperial Palm Villas
* Marriott Royal Palms
* Marriott Sabal Palms
* Sheraton Vistana
* Cypress Pointe Grand Villas

I was wondering if anyone had stayed at these to offer a comparison. I know I have read several good things about Cypress Pointe on here but I found out they aren't a 5-star resort like the others so not sure if that makes a difference in its quality. Also, with its location, is it a safe area - what does it back up to, etc.?

the sheraton Vistana resort (not village) back up to the Marriott's

all the Marriott on MWC - very close to WDW.

the Marriott and the Sheraton both have security guards - so should be pretty safe.

however be aware that there a professional thiefs in the area. Don't leave your values in your room.

I love Marriott - and these are very close to WDW!!!

Are there alot of break ins/crime in the Disney/Orlando area?
Also I would like to see if someone knows more about the Marriott Villas. Thanks.
