Marriott Vacations + ILG (Hyatt, Westin, Sheraton Timeshares) To Merge

Marriott Vacations (their timeshare unit) is acquiring ILG (which runs the timeshares for Hyatt, Westin, and Sheraton) for $4.7 billion. I don't own any other timeshares or know much about these programs but sounds like a pretty big consolidation in the timeshare space.

It is big but we have no way of knowing how it will affect each system. In reality is likely won't have a lot of affect to core usage at least on the short and mid term.
