Marriott Suites - Anaheim/Garden Grove

We're staying 1 night pre-Disney (cuz the Disney hotels are sold out that particular night) at the Marriott Suites - Anaheim/Garden Grove. Has anyone stayed here before? Are there restaurants & shops within walking distance? Thanks!

We've stayed and it's nice. There is a Target across the street and some other little shops. It's right near Joe's Crab Shack and Outback Steakhouse as well
