Marriott Renaissance Sea World...ride again?

We are thinking of staying that this hotel and it is a Sea World package that includes "length of stay passes to SW, and ride again passes to popular rides".

just wondering if anyone has used the ride again passes as part of a package like this? How does it work?

We had this package also last March, and when we tried to "ride again" noone at the SW park seemed to know what it was. It didn't affect us that much but we were surprised that it wasn't available as advertised. We had our tickets with us that the resort issued. Also we had the finger scan when we first arrived at the SW park, but when we returned in the late afternoon after going back to the hotel to swim, we couldn't return to the park without our tickets, which we left in the room. My husband happend to have a map of the park in his hand that we had gotten earlier, so they let us in! Strange to us that the finger scan wouldn't allow us to return.
