Marriott Grand Vista - back and forth to WDW in one day

Looking at the map, MGV looks like it's somewhat close to the WDW parks. I'm wondering if it's going to be easy go back a forth from the parks and try to take a nap or relax mid day. If not, I guess I can always catch a few winks watching a show or head to one of the attractions that's indoor with a nice slow boat ride.

15-20 minute drive from the furthest park. Though taking the tram out and then back when you return will eat up a bunch of time. It is doable.

the closest marriotts are the marriott palms (sabal, imperial, royal).

grande vista will take a little longer...

Animal Kingdom - 12.5 miles
Hollywood Studios - 9.5 miles
Epcot - 10.5 miles
Magic Kingdom parking lot - 12.5 miles
Downtown Disney - 6.5 miles
Actual mileage will vary a bit depending upon the route that you take but those are pretty sound for comparison purposes. Those are point to point distances using the Grande Vista security gate and the various theme park parking areas as the beginning/ending points.
Seventeen to 21 minutes seems entirely reasonable to me for point to point travel but then, as dioxide mentioned, you've got to add in time to get from the park to your vehicle.
