marriot world center shuttle to parks

Can anybody tell me if the Marriott World Center has a shuttle that takes guests to the Disney Parks? If so, what are the times? Does it work well or would I be better renting a car?

The hotel charges $6/day for self parking. I believe they also charge for the shuttle to Disney.

Those of you who have stayed here what is the best typical rate for off season (early November) that you have gotten?

We stayed there this past April during Easter spring break for $85 a night thru priceline. The hotel and pool area are beautiful.
