marriot royal palms

thinking about staying offsite, please tell me your opinion/ experiences with royal palms , good or bad, seems like a nice place but is going to world center for pool a pain. Also how close is it to DTD and Parks. Thanks

As I recall, the location is very convenient to the WDW park entrance that is nearest Epcot. The main hotel pool is a bit of a hike but it is a spectacular pool. We walked a few times, but they will send a shuttle for you if you want to call in advance. The resort's own pool is also very nice.
