Married, but going Solo to the World

I'm curious to see if any guys go to the world solo. My wife just started a new job and can't take any time off, and I have 3 weeks to use on my job. I'm considering going to wdw solo. Any other guys go solo?

Just wondering. I know what some people think about going solo. What would most people think of a happily married, 6'2" tall, 280 pound guy who loves going to Disney?

I just posted a trip report from my trip. DH couldn't go this time and neither could my best friend. So it was just me. I had a ball.

I go by myself from time to time, but i definitely prefer going with either my wife or my wife and kids. I have some kind of problem and I "need to go" to Disney about once a quarter. Unfortunately, that doesn't work for the rest of my family, and I'm forced to go alone some.

You should go solo, but make sure you attend the Food and Wine Festival. This way you can take your time, enjoy each booth, and drink as much as you want. Trust me, fun can be had by all and remember everyone is friendly while at Disney.

Thanks for the input. I'm going to try and take advantage of the specials in January. Probably this first week of the year.
