Hello DISers!!

Well after a wonderful 4 days we landed back in NY a little before midnight last night. Disney was wonderful as expected and the Christmas entertainment was wonderful!!! AS for the big proposal...it also went perfect and she said yes!!! We went to the pavillion/gazeebo in the rose garden to watch Wishes on Saturday. We got a seat and I headed off to the bathroom. On the way back there were some cast members and photopass people at the entrance to the rose garden, so I asked them if they could help me out with the proposal by capturing the big moment. They were more than happy to help! I headed back down to the bench we were sitting on and Wishes started. As Wishes went on the photopasser came down and just stood around nonchalantly. During the finale I popped the question and my DF was completely shocked!!! After the shock she said yes!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! and some of those watching congratulated us!! It couldn't have gone any better and the cast members were so helpful in capturing the moment. After, we called family and friends to tell them the good news, and then we had some friendly competition on BUZZ before heading back to the hotel. The rest of the trip was a wonderful way to celebrate our engagement with just the two of us!

Congratulations. Glad to hear everything went fabulous and can't wait to see pictures. I remember the CM taking my camera and getting pictures when DH proposed at the Polynesian Luau on stage. I didn't know about the pictures until I got the film developed (before Digital Camera's). She will love having pictures of that special moment.
