Marrakesh- Love it/Hate it?

I'm not a very adventurous eater, but even I found things to like at Marrakesh, and it's now the favorite restaurant at Epcot for DD11 and DD16. We love the atmosphere - even the fun of winding our way back through the Morocco plaza. The belly dancer and musicians are great, and we really like the food. DD16 likes the cous cous, and I like the chicken and steak kabobs, and last time tried the lemon chicken with rice, which was delicious!!!!!

We love the atmosphere, enjoy the food, always had excellent service, but we are the only ones on the planet who do NOT like the belly dancer The music is wonderful, but the belly dancer makes my DH and DDs *VERY* uncomfortable, so DH won't eat there anymore and DDs ask if we "have to". It's a solo trip place for me now, soooo I bought the cookbook they have (you ask your server for it) and make my own at home.

We ate there for the first time our last trip. We LOVED IT! It's on our must eat list now.

I agree, avoid the vegetarian dish (bland) and get stuff that is fried or has meat for better flavor. Also, in regards to Cape May, we had the buffett there last March and it was Not Good!! My boyfriend loves seafood and was not impressed. It was expensive for the quality of food. You had to peel the shrimp, which I found annoying. I would look elsewhere for seafood.

Thanks for all the replies. I am going to keep Marrakesh. Can you share the feasts? I want to be able to share with DH and maybe try different things.

Also, I have heard mixed reviews about Cape May. I thought it was decent in June but I have to admit, it wasn't an experience to remember. Maybe I will switch to Jiko.

I have heard good things about Olivia's. We are going for lunch on our last day. We are staying at Old Key West. We could switch to Spoodles. I have never been there either.

My husband took the kids and I kicking and screaming into Marrakesh. We ended up loving it and it is now one of our regulars.
