Margaritaville

Okay. I'm taking a leap here and actually thinking (oh my gosh!) of possibly going to Margaritaville for dinner one night. As a Parrothead, I feel it's my "duty" (LOL) to venture to this restaurant during one of my visits - and this one may be the one. Has anyone been to this restaurant recently? How's the food? Is there parking near the restaurant? We're staying offsite and have a car, so transportation isn't an issue. Thanks!

You have to park in the US/IOA parking lot and parking is free after 6p.m. I love this resturants it's a must do every trip to US/IOA. The chairs outside are cool and comfy and the pagers are neat (i won't spoil it for you). I love the food, I've had soups, great Nachos, love the hamburgers, very good steaks, chicken sand is good too. Huge portions and very very resonable. Also if you have AAA or AP for US/IOA you get a 20% discount on food and in the store! Hope you visit you'll love it! Did I mention it's entertaining too? Very, Very cool place we stayed 20 minutes after we are done eating to enjoy all the fun there.

Do they take reservations or PS like Disney. We will be at IOA on 1/13 and I want to have dinner here after we hit the parks?

No the don't but you can use your room key to get p/s which is a minimum wait of 15 minutes usually.

I'm a midwest ParrotHead as well, so M'ville is a must every time we go to Orlando. The food is really good and the prices aren't bad, but the atmosphere is what makes it great. Even if you have a long wait (an hour or so) it really isn't a problem at all. There is sooo much to look at all over CityWalk that the time will fly by. You can get a margarita or Corona and take a leisurely stroll.

This is a "must do" for any ParrotHead!
