Margaritaville question

How long would it take to get to Margaritaville at Universal from Cirque du Soliel on a Friday night. We have tickets for the 6:00 CdS show. Does Margaritaville take reservations?

I would say about 30 minutes, although a lot will depend on whereabouts you get to park at Universal's multi-storey parking lot (which is free after 6pm, btw). It is a 5-10 minute walk from the parking lot to CityWalk, or you could pay for valet parking which would get you closer.

Margaritaville doesn't take reservations and there is a cover charge to enter ($4-$6?) during the evenings.

I have res at Margaritaville for July 5th. I made them a while back actually. You may want to visit Universals site and pull up resturants to get the #. They are very friendly making your ressies. You also need ressies about 60 days out if Emerils is on your to do list.

I'm replying to my own thread for those who may also be interested. I called M'ville and found they DO take priority seating (but not reservations) and the cover charge is only after 10 PM. Parking is free after 6 PM. But since we'll be at CdS from 5:30 to 7:30, that means either eating very early or very late, so we are going to M'ville on Thursday instead. Thanks
