Speaking of margaritas (we were on the San Angel thread)...has anyone else had those 3-layer, 3-flavor ones they sell at the stand outside the Mexico station in Epcot? I can't remember the flavors, and they were like $7.50 each, but MAN they were GOOD!!! :D :D :D

I know exactly what stand you are talking about and yum yum - they are so good

The flavors are lime, mango, kiwi and strawberry.

Oh my, I'll have to try one on my next trip! Thanks for the heads up:D
My suggestion for a hot afternoon at Epcot- go into San Angel Inn around 3pm and order a mango margarita...the drink and the setting will cool you off and relax ya;)

I guess I'm the only one, but I really don't like those. They tasted like cheap tequilla and sugar water. It's a much greater value to step inside and get a real one... they even gave it to us in to-go cups. YUMMY!

DH and the other couple we were traveling with all had them and were buzzed before they finished half!!!!!

There may be finer Margeritas at WDW, but there is something about getting one to go out of one of these spinning laundromat-looking things, then carrying it around the World Showcase that just adds a certain magic. Maybe they have pixie dust in them!

:Pinkbounc :jester: :bounce:

I didn't really like the multi-flavored one myself.
They look good though! :)

Eeyore,
Just out of curosity, are you talking about frozen or on the rocks or some "speciality" margarita at Narcooses?

I'm heading there soon!
Thanks:cool:

The frozen Kiwi Margarita is awesome. It's a must do every trip, UK for DH's yard of Guiness and Mexico for my frozen Margarita.

I LOVE the margaritas at San Angel Inn, probably the best I've ever tasted....but I haven't tried the layered kind....yet. Another thing to look forward to on the next trip!

Debbie

The margaritas at the outside stand are frozen, the ones served inside at San Angel can be ordered on the rocks. I prefer the ones served inside, give me a fundido appetizer and a margarita on the rocks at San Angel and I am in heaven!

I love margarita's. They are my fave drink but I did not like the layered one either. The regular one is good though. My fave is the Topshelf Margarita at Chili's Restaurant.
