Margarita glass into a Mickey

Can anyone help me. I love love a margarita glass made into a Mickey head for a magnet for our door on the cruise. Does anyone know id someone has done one or knows how to do one?

Don't know what I am going to use that margarita glass for, but My Hubby and I have Margarita Monday every Monday Night. I may have to check our schedule and see if we are in EPOCT on Monday in Nov.
