Mardi Gras discounted gift cards

I have seen that you can buy discounted gift cards for Mardi Gras. Are these cards only for Mardi Gras booths or can they be used anywhere in the parks? Also, do these have an expiration date? Lastly if I'm a Seasonal AP holder do I get an additional discount on these cards?

Seasonal pass holders do not get food discounts- only premier and preferred pass holders. So far other posts support that they can be used anywhere in the parks and most of citywalk restaurants. Food and drinks only. No expiration.
