Mardi gras black out dates?

so when I looked on official universal website for blackout dates, I did not see any for February... I was just looking around and it said there are blackouts during any mardi gras concert? Is there a list somewhere? we are seasonal pass holders... thank you

Universal is terrible about announcing things like concert dates. The concerts are usually only on the weekends, Saturday and Sunday, almost every weekend. Last year in February there were several weekends with only a Saturday concert, but it's hard to predict. The blackouts are only for Universal Studios, not IOA. Mardi Gras 2019 starts Feb 9.

You could pay just to upgrade your seasonal pass to the next level, which (I believe) doesn't black out for concerts -- still cheaper than a new ticket.

The reason Season Passes are so cheap is exactly because of the unknown block out dates. Power Passes eliminate that issue but are more expensive.
