Mardi Gras at Disney

Being from Mobile, Al., I was wondering if anyone has been during Mardi Gras and if anyone decorates their site with any Mardi Gras decorations? We are going to be at the Fort the week of Mardi Gras and I have some decorates for then. I know they have a parade over at Port Orleans Resort.
