Most of you had little or no problem with these questions.
The location of the sign was in Innoventions West.
The missing word, which is the sponsor of this area, was VELCRO.
The name of the game show is "What's Your Problem?" and it's performed in the Slapstick Studios.
The answer to the bonus question I was looking for was the Comedy Warehouse, but I'll accept the Adventurers Club, since they also have past members working this show.
