Hey guys,
As a newbie I have a question. We already have reservations for mid Sept 2011 but now that the FD in also in March (2-9th 2011) I cant decide if I should switch. Here is why: going in March would save us $150 since DS would not be 3 yet but then we also lose his dining credits. I think March weather would be better than September too. My DD will be 4, so they both are young. What about the crowds? When would you go? Sept 17-24 or March 2-9th and WHY?

TIA
Mandy

In that situation - I'd go in March.
1. Crowd Levels will be about the same for those two weeks.
2. March is closer than September (and you could always go back for a short trip in Sept if you can swing it) :goodvibes
3. Saving a little money by going in March (see 2 again) and I don't have kids but would your DS eat that much? Maybe he can share Dining credits with your DD, and eat off your plates?
Good luck planning no matter what you decide!

I'd vote for March, because the temps are more reasonable (and you could save some money to spend on something else)...however, stay away from Easter week...it's really crowded then. Don't get me wrong, it's do-able, just takes more time to get around and longer wait times.

Whichever you decide, Have a Wonderful time !!!!!

I am going to vote for September - but mostly because I am going THIS Sept so am biased :-)

I think you are more likely to hit some surprise crowds in march - more likely for surprise weather in sept....
