March or May?

Hi again!

Just thought I would ask one more timing question...

Would you go in mid March, or early May? We can save about $400 in hopper tickets by going before the end of April, but we think the crowds may be better in May?

Thanks again for any input!
Denise

Its a toss up. I would probably go with the savings and go in March-if you can still get reservations. The hotels are filling up quickly. The crowds have been big since the 50th started. There hasnt been much "off season" this past year.

edit: If you check this graph http://www.scottware.com.au/theme/guide.htm You'll find that May is just slightly quieter during normal years. I dont know if it is worth $400. But, the weather will probably be a little nicer in May if that matters to you.

If you're talking about the first week of May, I'd take that in a heartbeat over anytime in March. :thumbsup2

March and April will be very crowded, but the first week of May should be a great time to go crowd wise. :sunny:

We went mid-March a couple years ago and it was a great time to go. The parks weren't too crowded even though some were on Spring Break. Since Easter is in April, I don't think it will be as crowded. I'd choose March especially since you can save some money by going then.
