March Monorail Bar Crawl - Whose Coming with Us?

We're mid 20's, my husband and I would be interested in doing a bar crawl. We're in disney the same dates March 21-29th.

I think your route may be incorrect as the resort monorail goes the other way. Grand Floridian goes to MK then to CR then to TTC then to Poly. Also, my husband and I would be interested, but we are there from March 24-31. We are in our mid-20's and two of our favorite things are also drinking and the monorail. This is a GREAT idea! I've saved the crawl map for my own future use. Hopefully I can revive this thread in a few months for my Dec. trip!

Ah yes, you are correct - thank you. I will post below this with a revised map. We've decided on Monday, March 23 as the day to go since the first few people that posted to come along will be leaving on the 24th. However, Jenner, we are also doing an Epcot Bar Crawl later in the week - probably on Thursday, if you want to come along with us for that one. Let me know if you're interested - we don't have the details totally mapped out for the Epcot bar crawl - we're just going to wing that one.

Ok, so, we are going to start out at the Tambu Lounge in Poly at 6PM on March 23, so everyone who wants to join us can meet up there. We are going to bring some silly hats to wear so we will stand out in the Tambu Lounge crowd (if there is one).

Here is what Wikipedia has to say about the Tambu Lounge (I'm not sure why I'm including this, I just like to use wikipedia as much as possible really):

"Tambu Lounge - Tambu Lounge is a bar with an attached lounge area, adjacent to 'Ohana on the second floor of the Great Ceremonial House, operating in the evening hours. In addition to a full menu of beverage offerings and appetizers, several resort specialties are available from Tambu Lounge, including the Lapu Lapu, an alcoholic mixed beverage served in a hollowed-out pineapple. Tambu Lounge offers live, Hawaiian style lounge music several nights a week."

So, I hope to see at least some of you at the Poly Monday night! Please let me know if anyone has questions or suggestions or anything else.

Thanks for letting us know about your EPCOT bar crawl on Thursday. If you could either PM me or email me at jennie at gmail.com when you know more details that would be great. We may be interested, but it will probably be a game time decision. Thanks again for the invite. We are bummed we will miss the monorail bar crawl, but have fun!! Love the idea!

Ginger Twist...apparently my post count is not high enough yet to PM so I will just respond on here...letting us know later in the week is just fine. I totally understand not wanting to set plans. I don't think I will have my computer, but I will have my blackberry so if you could just email me at jennieschader at gmail.com if you have time that would be great.
