March Exercise Challenge -

I have a feeling with less than a week left, I am not going to make the goal again. I don't want to make a lower goal, I just need to work harder to achieve it! So proud of all those getting up and moving! Great job!

Saturday, I did a 5K, Run for the Rescues - for the SPCA. All the dogs there were so freakin' cute!! My dog, Honey, and I completed the 5K in exactly an hour. It was a rough course - being mostly uphill (um, can we start it going the other direction next time?!)
So, with warm up and cool off stretching time:

This week I am so off my routine! I did get in 35 minutes with Just Dance on the Wii - the Just Sweat Portion. They said - congrats, that was like walking accross Central Park!

So I am at 745/1200.
 
I've been remiss about updating:

3/21 - 20 minutes walking (NY city)
3/25 - 20 minutes walking (at DH's half-marathon to scream team)
3/26 - 105 minutes (40 elliptical; 65 deep water aerobics)

My new total:
1340/1500
 
March 26 - Bob Harper 15 minute abs.
March 27 - run/walk 56 minutes.

3/27 30 minutes w/trainer; 45 minutes spin
3/28 40 minutes treadmill; 20 mins crossramp. 15 mins warmup walk & stretch
