We'll be there the first week of March (157 days, but who's counting?), so here's hoping the crowds stay down a little. The last time we went (also in March) the crowds were almost nothing. Just by skipping the water rides, and using FastPass and the 2001 version of Extra Magic Hours (E-Ride Night, I think it was called), we saw everything we wanted to see and had plenty of time for afternoon naps back at the BC.
Did the AK in a half-day. Finished the MK in about six hours. We skipped the E-Ride stuff (Big Thunder, Space, Mansion, Buzz, and some others) during the day, then picked them up a few nights later in about 2 hours total. Studios and Epcot both took a full day, but we still got naps and some time in the pool. Yay sleeping!
