Hello Everyone!!!!
Mary - Great News!!!!!

So glad that you continue to receive good news regarding your health.
Happy Belated Birthday John!!! Sorry I missed it yesterday.
Chris - I LOVED your singing.
Michael and Diane - So sorry to hear the news about the job situation. Sending good thoughts and prayers your way.

Also, be careful out there in all that snow. The snow is finally melting here and now we are getting more tonight.
Dave - Business must really be hoping up there with all the snow you are getting. Even with the roads being clear down here there has been some type of accident in our small town (or at least in this general area) just about every day.
Sue - Any news from your son on his favorite type of cookie or ideas on what other things we could send other than the cookies? I wanted to type up a flyer to send out to our troop families but wanted to get some more ideas from you on what is needed/wanted.
I could list the types but can I do that out here? I know on one of the other threads someone's posts were removed but I can not recall at the moment what she had posted that caused them to be removed. As for the cookies, there are 8 types. I am sure you could easily search and find them on the internet too.
It's very exciting seeing the countdown and knowing we are getting closer to our cruise together. That also means the SSMC11 is just around the corner.

Although I am really not ready for that one yet. Need to save more money, make a decision on the FE gifts, make a decision on where and when to stay at WDW, book airfare, and just get organized. Haven't done a thing yet to organize our trip details.

And this is what not being organized does to me. Oh well, organized or not we'll be on the cruise and we'll have a great time.
My GREAT news for the day is.... I have my new car!!!!!

Thank goodness!!
That is one more thing to check off my list. No, not my Bucket List. My To Do List.
Now I just need to finish cleaning out the garage so I can park it inside.
Actually, I have been working in attic and garage whenever I get some free time over this past month. Wow, what a job that has turned out to be. I have a utility trailer full of stuff - okay, let's just call it what it is....JUNK!...that is getting thrown away. I think combined there must have been about 1,000 pieces of wood and cardboard boxes in the attic. All shapes and sizes. I guess the idea was to keep the box just in case the item had to be returned. Okay, I can understand that for the first month, or two, or three. But, I found boxes for stuff we no longer even have in the house.
And, I no longer 'save' clothes in case I may need them again one day. If they are a bigger size I have made the decision I will never need them again.

It's all going. I have given away so many good business suits. It hurts the wallet but I am happier just knowing why I am giving them away. If the clothes are a smaller size then they probably are so old and outdated I will not want to wear them.

We'll see how that goes.
As for DS, he is busy with school and scouts. Going camping again in a few weeks to Camp Rodney in DE and he's already talking about the State Police Camporee in May. This will be his first time going and all the other boys are telling him this is one of their favorite activities.
As for DD, the cookie sale started today and we already have close to 40 sold. LOVING the new vehicle with all those boxes of cookies in the back.

She is also busy with dance. The theme is Give a Little Whistle and follows the story line of Pinocchio. She is in the Novice tap and ballet. They just got through the tap dance - still a little rough around the edges. But for only meeting for 30 minutes once a week they do a good job and have a lot of fun. The age group is 5-7 year olds. In addition to the 2 dance performances, she is also going to be non-speaking characters in the story this year. She will be a toy in the Toy Shop and a boy/donkey at Pleasure Island. Fun stuff!!
Well, hope everyone stays safe with the continued snow, freezing rain, sleet, and ice. I am ready for Spring!!!!!! How about all of you?
Have a great weekend!!!
Take care!
