I had most of the strings down two days ago but had to wait for more ice to melt to get the last ones. Today was the day. We still have some snow in the yard, but I was out today with the rake to start on the clean-up - and I have the blister to prove it. I have been itching to get working in the yard for quite a while..

We put ours up and they never come down....Well, they will be changed for a new string when they burn out but this is the third Christmas....

As I often say, "SAFETY FIRST" even if it means leaving the Christmas lights on the house for months.

Happy First Day of Spring!

LOL! I must admit ours just came down this past week here

Yeah!!! Our neighbor never takes theirs down and sometimes they turn them on in the summer:p . To each their own.;)
