Well plans for the anabella turned into disater for our team. We are now staying at the Sheraton. This trip seems to be ridiculous.

Going for the first time March 16 -20. Staying at Grand California. This is my 6th annual mother/daughter vacation but our first to DL. Can't wait.

Hello I should have done this sooner... but as the procrastinator in me.. I am just now trying to learn everything I need for my upcoming side trip to DLR...

I will be training at Brea,Ca for 2 weeks and landing at John Wayne on March 14,2010... class is from 7A to 3:30PM and thanking all my stars that the DLR hours is now till midnight... I plan to do the DLR after class... hoping that I will be able to stay awake the next day and also a full weekend is dedicated which will be on the 20th and 21st. Staying at the Crowne Plaza.. is that of walking distance from the parks??? any ideas??? and advice???

My Aunt just called and My cousin's son is getting married on 3/13 in LA.. so I will just have to go and then I can spend some time at DL too...

I am an AP holder in WDW don't think they will honor that at DL so..

You're full weekend coincides with ours! We're staying at HOJO.

As for Crowne Plaza, I've never stayed there personally but it's not walking distance. They do offer a free shuttle though according to their website.

So what do you guys think crowds will be like this weekend? My thoughts:

SAT 6: It's forecast to be rainy, and the SoCal APs are blocked. Its Deaf Day, so that will be fun, but I think it will be lighter than most saturdays.

SUN 7: SoCal APs will come back to the park, but with the rain I think it will be similar to Sat.

MON 8: The sun comes out, and no APs are blocked. Should be about the same. I'm thinking not very crowded, but not empty, either.
