My boyfriend and I are SOOOO excited to be going to WDW in March '08. I am a teacher and we are going during my spring break. I have only been to WDW once and it was on my honeymoon with my ex-husband :-( . I am looking forward to going with my boyfriend and making new and happy memories. We have booked everything right down to the rental car through the Disney website. We are staying at the Pop Century Resort.

I have a few questions, and hope you can help me out:

1. If you have gone during "spring break" time, how bad were the crowds? Were there a lot of obnoxious college or high school students making things unpleasant?

2. What is the weather like during late March? The last time I went it was July and it was so HOT and HUMID that it was almost unbearable.

3. If you booked everything through the Disney website did you have any problems with your reservations? I guess I am the most concerned about the plane tickets...

Anyway, sorry for getting so long-winded. Thanks in advance for any help!

Crowds can be heavy during spring break, or at least that's what I've read on the DIS. :disrocks: However, as a :teacher: you will handle it well.
I have never booked my flights through Disney and since I only went to WDW with no outside excursions I took the Disney transportation to everything. So, it looks like I am no help sacifice to say, everything that Disney does is better than anyone else. Does that mean there will be no problems or mistakes? Of course not, but it does mean that they will go out of their way to make it up to you and ensure your comfort and experience is all that it can be.

Have a great time!

Thanks for the links...especially the one about last year's Easter week. We are actually leaving the day before Easter to go down, so the majority of our trip will be during the week AFTER Easter.

Easter is very early in 2008, so many schools may be playing around with spring breaks...hopefully having them later since many schools do take off that President's week in February (mine doesn't). Most districts like to space out their breaks a bit.
