Marceline’s Nutrition Info/Ingredients?

Does anyone know if it’s easy to find out the ingredients in the fresh-made treats at Marceline’s? I’m considering going to DTD for my birthday next week. My youngest has some food allergies, but I’d like to be able to find a treat he can have since I’m sure to buy something for myself and my older son. It would be ideal if there was a place to look at ingredients ahead of time from home so I know what he could and couldn’t have. He’s allergic to oats, rice and soy.

Hi, Normally all of the restaurants, etc. have a binder with ingredient lists. I looked at Marceline’s once, so I know they had them in the past, but I’m not sure if they will just give it to you to look at during Covid.

One warning is that I was trying to look up a donut at the hotel coffee shop and the page I needed was missing. They offered to find it for me, but I just got something else.

They will not give you the info if you call in advance, because they make ingredient changes day to day sometimes, so you have to look when you get there.

Hope that helps.

Sorry one more thing, for common allergies like Soy, there are a few Disney allergy bloggers out there who keep lists of allergy friendly foods, but for the less common allergies, there is no easy way to figure it out ahead of time.

They don't have much in the way of freshly made treats. They only have dipped marshmallow wands, toffee, caramel apples, and those Selmas cookies (which you can find ingredients for online). They have the giant mickey head with chocolate dipped ears and 4 other flavors (choc chip, white chocolate raspberry, peanut butter and snickerdoodle).

Everything else is prepackaged.

Thank you so much! This is very helpful!

Thank you! Yeah it’s weird to be allergic to oats and rice. He is also allergic to avocado, but that’s usually pretty easy to avoid.

Thank you! I’ve been seeing pictures on social media and I thought I saw cupcakes and cake pops and things but maybe I was mistaken. Prepackaged with an ingredients label might just be easer.

Definitely no cupcakes or cake pops, at least when we were there midweek around 2pm. There didn't appear to be empty spots in the case either, it was just all filled up with the things I mentioned. My kids said "they don't have anything good." So we left. One of them was definitely hoping for a cupcake and the other wanted fudge. Both would have taken a cake pop if they had them.

Make sure to get there early if you want treats from Marceline's. I went in the evening and there was literally nothing left. Thankfully I was buying something else on the shelf. I might go tomorrow evening and am expecting not treats at that time too.

We will be there right when it opens! I'll make sure to head to Marceline's as soon as we can get in and do WOD later. Is there a DTD thread somewhere? How do you get return times to get into the stores?

On the community thread there is one. If the line is short or moving fast they won't use the virtual queue. If the line gets long and slower that is when they start to use it. I honestly haven't had to use it yet so I don't know all the details of getting one.

Thank you! I’ll look for that thread.

The return times for wod of Disney are given at the bottom of the tram loop if it’s being used. For the other Disney owned shops the return times are given near the store if it’s in use.

Since they reopened, they are trying to only make a limited amount to sell that day to keep things fresh.

The person controlling the line at Marceline's will be able to get you in the virtual queue.
