I'm a bad Disney-ite. I haven't even begun to think about parks I'm doing on what days!

Here's my current plan:

Thursday - arrive at 10 am, go to Expo then??? HS or AK? Or somewhere else?

Friday - Family 5K with DD then ???? HS or AK? Or somewhere else?

Saturday - I do know what park I'm going to on that day - Magic Kingdom with my sister and her DD

Sunday - Marathon Day - probably won't be back to room until 2:30-3:00, probably Epcot that day since it is open late and a more leisurely park

Monday - Chef Mickey's for Breakfast then MK (Have to end vacation at MK) and finally Magical Express pick-up at 3:00

Does anyone have any suggestions!?!?! I'm drawing a blank.

not too different from mine...

If you are DME and marathon busing to the expo yuo are getting there after the morning rush and before the just getting off work crowds. Its not a bad time.

I just started planning my marathon weekend trip a couple of days ago -- and I still got the dining reservations I wanted (Boma, Crystal Palace, Flying Fish, Raglan Road). So you may be better off than you think!)

If were you, I'd get Touring Plans subscription (if you don't already have one, of course!) and use that to plan. That's what I always do, anyway.

Good luck!

I have the only dining reservation that I want. (CM on Monday) We will do QS for everything else. So luckily I dn't have those to work around.

DD suggested that we wing it. I gasped! lol

I think my biggest hangup is Thursday and Friday. I'm not sure i need a whole day at AK so it would be good on Thursday, but will that be enough time?

I guess I'll leave those two days open and depending on what time we finish at the Expo I will either go to AK or HS.

I'm also afraid that I won't be able to move after the marathon and I'll completely miss Epcot. Maybe I can get an ECV? :lmao:

I will push you over if you grab an ECV :rotfl2: Then right it and buzz off on my own...

As a point of not being on feet, we hit AK on Friday since it is the park where we will not be there as long as others. We hit Epcot on Saturday since we are usually at BW and the park is a casual park. MK is Sunday and DHS Monday

I noticed today that MK park hours were extended by one hour on jan 13. Now closing at 9 pm with EMH until 11. I guess still subject to change...but that extra hour will really help with my itinerary!

Friday - Arrive at MCO around 11 am, expect to be at the Boardwalk for 1 pm, then head directly to the expo while the wife goes to Publix. 5:20 reservations ate Ohana

Saturday - Wake up to support friends who are running the goofy as they pass the Boardwalk, then take daughter to kids race at 11 am. 6 pm reservations at California Grill

Sunday - Pool & relax time after the race until 7:15 Hoop Dee Do.

Monday starts our week of park hopping!!

Here is my itinerary:
We are staying at BCV 1/10-1/14 with FL Res AP

Thursday- driving down in the morning yo check in and then heading to the expo at 11 while DH takes the kids to DTD. Dinner at BoG at 5:40 then fireworks or leave for early bed.

Just wanted to let you know that the 1/2 on Saturday does not pass the Boardwalk. Coming back from the MK we enter EC Future World behind The Living Seas and work our way around the Christmas tree back through future world and to the finish line in the parking lot.

We're driving over Friday early afternoon.

Fri Afternoon: Pick up packets and hang out at expo (possibly see speakers)

Fri PM: Dinner somewhere?? I just want something light and easy--probably whatever is around our hotel. The last time we did this we ended up getting McD's because everything was packed. Apparently, I don't learn my lesson. Early to bed.

Sat AM: Half Marathon, then sleep

Sat Afternoon: Movie? Walk around DD?

Sat PM: Find someplace to watch the playoffs and eat dinner
