Got to the bus stop at Contemporary today and unsurprisingly had issues. The attendant said they weren’t sending a bus. After we all objected and told her the guide said there’d be a bus, she made a call. They sent a bus but said they can’t guarantee we wouldn’t get stuck by road closures. Wish us luck that we make it!!!

With me not running, @Erica1016 (my wife) and I will be spectating tomorrow. We may bounce around, but plan to be just outside Epcot (~mile 3.3?) at the beginning. We may move to the TTC at some point, and then we hope to be outside DHS near Skyliner from about 10 a.m. to noon/end. Erica will have a tie dye Mickey shirt on if any runners see us.

So sorry to hear you aren’t running, but agree it’s the smart decision. No race is worth risking a larger injury.

I will be anxiously awaiting to hear “go Wendy!” From your wonderful wife!!

We took the bus from TTC to AK today and it was easy. This was around 7:15AM.

Cheered with @nancipants for a hot minute! There was a sign just before her that was getting all sorts of awwwwws. Anyone remember what it said? This was at the TTC.

I can try to. Not great at typing while running but I’m currently sitting in what should be wave 1 of A so should get there pretty early on (assuming no disaster start hahaha). I’ll message in here either Hawaii or shirtless, or some garbled version of one of those

As I sit here in corral D, reflecting on the training, the weather concerns, the ridiculously early wake ups all week, I can’t help but think, this is dumb. Horrible idea. And I blame each and every one of you for encouraging/ enabling this behavior.
