I’ve been going to a PT since August for my ITBS. We have done a gait analysis as well.

For sure!! It’s definitely helped…just slow going sadly. Ive been thinking since your post…I might revisit the gait analysis with multiple pairs of shoes and see if she can discern anything.

Came across this IG vid about the medals. Not only do most of them have springs, they also have little spinner elements as well.
