Okay, I've read about it and seen Cam's packing list mentioned in several posts, but I can't find it anywhere. Cam, could you (or anyone else who may have it) please, please, pretty please share it with us newbies that are still around?

I have made my list; but with this being my first big race, I'd just like to make sure I haven't forgotten anything.
