Mara Dinner Reviews--Salmon/Ribs??

We are between Wolf Gang Puck Express and Mara to use our CS credit for dinner next week. We will be staying at Kidani and walking over to Mara would be so much easier. I know the food at WGPE is amazing but haven't had Mara in a few years. Any advice or reviews on the salmon or ribs?? TIA!

Anyone been to Mara lately that can comment on the food compared to Wolfgang Puck Express?

Both places are really good. We've had the salmon at Mara and it's good, but if you're comparing salmon to salmon I liked WPE's better.

I am following your thread as we arrive at Kidani in December. We ate at the Mara 2 or 3 years ago and enjoyed the carved sandwiches but since then the menu is now changed daily (e.g ham served on certain days, turkey on others etc etc) so what you see on the menu might not be available on your chosen day. I want to try the BLT hotdog so I need to go on Sunday or Thursday to have one.
