Maps and times guide

Can you only get maps and times of shows at each park, or will the resort (CBR) lobby have them?? I want to get an idea of where everything is in relation to each other....rides, dining,shops

the resorts will have each park maps + DTD map + water park maps, and a 4-park times guide with some general info on it. If you want park specific times guide, you'll have to get it at the park.

So if I pick up a map of MGM-DS at our resort it won't list the time of the shows? MGM is the hardest for me to plan with wanting to see several shows.

no, the maps themselves don't have the times of the shows. The times guide has the times of shows/ride operating hours/restaurant hours/character meeting times.

If you go to Steve Soares' page, you can see the times listed. The times guide is published weekly, but they don't vary much from week to week, so you can still get a good idea of when things start. http://pages.prodigy.net/stevesoares/

Also, the 4-park times guide that is available at the resort usually lists the major attraction/show times so you can get an high level view of the times.

Just got back from CBR, they have the maps with the times brochure and a daily listing of times, shows, ect., down by the DVC stand! Hope this helps

They also have park maps in the Custom House (the building where you check in), just inside the main doors, to the left as you walk in. So you can get them literally the moment you start your vacation.
